Wow, can you believe it’s been an entire year since we started doing these Real Time Reports? 2011 just flew by! We’ve come full circle since the 2010 October Collection & DD Gathering, and today we’ll be releasing the 2011 October Collection & DD Gathering items — as usual, I’m here to bring you the Volks USA Real Time Report! Check this post throughout the day, because I’ll be uploading more photos from release day here at the Volks USA showroom!
10:33am: DD & SD aficionados alike, waiting for the showroom to open!
10:46am: As this is the DD Gathering, our soft vinyl ladies have front and center of the release table today!
10:46am: The back of the release table, on the other hand, is packed with cute new outfits!
10:47am: If you check out the list of new items, there's LOTS of new heads and hands for Dollfie Dream! Our old showroom arrangement just wasn't cutting it, so the DD area of the showroom has been completely revamped! After you've raided the new release table, do check it out~!
11:00am: Opening the showroom!
11:00am: Welcome to our first customer in line!
11:01am: As usual, customers were let into the new release area in groups of three -- here, our first three customers look over their choices.
11:02am: Hustle and bustle -- gotta get those new outfits!
11:05am: Five minutes in, and several customers have retired to the counter to confer over their loot.
11:05am: Meanwhile, back at the release table, we're starting to see some empty baskets.
11:17am: Things are still busy as customers patiently wait for their turn at the register.
11:50am: After nearly an hour, there are several sold-out items, but still plenty left to go around -- if there was something you were after, check out the website stock. You never know what might still be kicking around!
