This week’s Showcase is featuring a very special SD. SD Girl Nono!
Did you know that Nono is the most popular of all of our SDs? Not just the Standards. Nono is the most popular SD of all time! She is super popular in Volks’ home country, Japan.
With this Showcase, I really want to show you how cute Nono can be!

I love the striped tights she’s wearing here. They look great with undies as well as sweet, frilly, girly dresses. She could also wear them with more modern looks if you gave them the right flair! We have lots of colors and lengths available, so why don’t you try them? Nono is wearing W-27-B595 One Curl Super Long-Peach Pink, WRC SD/13/DD Inner Set-Blue, and DR SD/13G&DD Socks-NT-22.
Just a note, but whatever wig you get for Nono you want to make sure it is Super Dollfie sized. Being one of our older SDs, she has a larger head than newer Super Dollfies, and will require a larger wig.
It’s already feeling like summer here! You may have noticed our feature on how to wear the SD Yukatas. Inspired by that, I decided to try this unique Japanese fashion on Nono too! You may notice her wig as well. I used the W-04-GOLD Curl-GOLD and twisted it up on top of her head using the SD Bobby Pins. I finished it up with a pretty little faux flower. It was really easy, and looks great, especially with the yukata, with which hair is typically worn up. There are all kinds of styles to choose, and hair ornaments sold to wear just with summer yukatas in Japan!
Nono’s last look, are you ready?
Nono’s gone country cute in this girly little dress! I didn’t use the included apron with this dress, since I like how it looks alone, but it looks good with it too, especially since it has a sweet bow on the back. You can see that Renewal Nono’s makeup looks good even with the dark hair. The little bob wig she’s wearing is one of my favorites. Nono is wearing W-87-02 Short Bob-Natural, LP/Blue Country Cute Dress, and SB-SD-104.
