How to apply for the Dolls Party in New York City 4!

Dates: Saturday, June 19th and Sunday, June 20th, 2010

A general rule for the Dolls Party

Dolls Party is a time to celebrate our customers who support Volks, enjoying our time together with their Volks Dollfies. So, we are sorry to say that other company's dolls are not accepted for participation at the Dolpa. We're look forward to seeing not only your Super Dollfies, but your Dollfies and Dollfie Dreams too!

Who is eligible to attend the Dolls Party in New York City?

To participate in this event you need to have a Volks USA Membership or be an FDQ subscriber. You may purchase up to 2 tickets, so you can bring a guest with you! (In the case that we receive more ticket orders than the site capacity, we will hold a lottery for attendance. We wish you good luck!)

How can I apply?

Lottery entries for Dolls Party Entry Tickets will be accepted from April 10 at 11:00AM until May 2 at 11:00AM PST.

During this period, an "Add to Shopping Cart" button will appear on the Dolls Party Entry Ticket page. Please choose if you are applying just for yourself, or for yourself and a guest. One ticket is good for both Saturday and Sunday.

How can I pre-order the Volks USA limited items?

If you would like to pre-order any of the Volks USA Limited Items, please put them into your cart together with the Dolls Party Entry Ticket.

*If you are applying alone you may pre-order one of each Limited Item. If we receive more than one entry for the same item by the same person, we will cancel all of that person's entries.
*If you are applying for yourself and a guest, you may order up to 2 of each item.
*If you do not attend the Dolls Party, your Limited Item pre-order will be cancelled.

Which information goes where?

Please make sure to input all of your shipping information correctly as it will make registration at the Dolls Party much faster and easier.

Also, for ease of processing, please make sure that your billing information is input exactly as it appears on your credit or bank statement, especially if it is different from your shipping information. If the billing address is not exactly the same as on your statement it may cause a problem when processing your payment as the system will not be able to verify it automatically.

Please input the following information in the "Comments" section of the billing page:
Your Volks USA Membership Number
If you wish to bring a guest, please enter your guest's full name

Payment Method

The only payment option accepted is credit card or credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER). We cannot accept any other methods such as layaways, money orders, personal checks, Paypal, etc. In some instances, your bank may place an authorization hold for the total on the card; however, only the lottery winners will be charged.

If this is your first order from our web store, please refer our Shipping & Refund Policy as well.

Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel your tickets and be able to receive a refund until May 23. After that point, the ticket price will not be refunded and will be regarded as a cancellation fee. We hope that we will be able to see all of you in NY!

Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes at all. This includes changes in Limited Items, shipping information, credit card information, etc.

Lottery Results

In the case that we receive more ticket orders than the site capacity, we will hold a lottery. Winners of the lottery will be contacted by e-mail the first week of May.

We cannot accept orders for regular items along with the Dolls Party Entry Tickets and Volks USA Limited Items. If you wish to purchase regular items, please place a separate order. If you do order regular items with these items, we will cancel any regular items in the order.

If you have concerns regarding these terms or the Dolls Party, please contact service@volksusa.com before applying.

Soon after your entry is sent to us, our system will send you an automatic e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk mail. If it is not there, there is the possibility of network errors or misspelling of your e-mail address. Please contact us should you not receive this e-mail.

We cannot allow any lottery entries after the lottery entry period ends for any reason.
