- Anyone who purchased a Volks Limited Item through FDQ mail order
Application Instructions:
1. Please add an Entry Ticket to the shopping cart. You can get a ticket for yourself and one companion.
2. If you would like to attend the SD Body Maintenance Lesson Workshop or the SD Make-Up Lesson Workshop, please choose a Workshop and add it to the shopping cart.
3. If you are attending one of the Workshops, you can also purchase a Tool Set for the Workshop. Tool Set A is for the SD Body Maintenance Workshop, and Tool Set B is for the SD Make-Up Workshop.
4. Workshop participants may also purchase one each of the Workshop Exclusive Items:- SD School Head B
- SD School Head C
- Wig, Glass Eye, and Eyelashes Set for Boys
- Wig, Glass Eye, and Eyelashes Set for Girls
- SD13 Boy Body
- SD Girl Body
- SD Face Cover Set
5. Once you have added all the options to the shopping cart that you would like, please check out. We cannot accept orders for additional items along with Dolls Party in New York City 3 2008 entries. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.
6. If you have a Volks USA membership, please input your membership ID number from your membership card in the 'Comments' section of the billing page.
7. If you wish to bring a companion, please fill out your companion's name in the 'Comments' section of the billing page.
8. When all information is filled out, please place the order. In some instances, your bank may place an authorization hold for the total on the card; however, only the lottery winners will be charged. Winners of the lottery will be contacted by e-mail on about April 24th. We will also delete the orders of the other applicants to make sure that they will not be charged.

Cancellation Information: If you cancel before May 31st, we can't refund the Entry Fee (Workshop Fee and Workshop Limited Items will be refunded). If you cancel after June 1st, we can't refund the Entry Fee or the Workshop Fee (Workshop Limited Items will be refunded).
