Q. Who can attend the Dolls Party 2 in N.Y. City 2 2007?

A. The members who meet any of these requirements are eligible to attend.
1. Volks USA members
2. Subscribers to FDQ
3. Anyone who purchased SD16G Olivia through FDQ mail order
4. Anyone who purchased FDQ exclusive dress for Olivia through FDQ mail order

Q. How I can be a member of Volks USA?

A. Volks USA membership is based upon registered customers who have purchased from the LA store or Volks USA website. An original Volks ID card will be distributed to the members.

Attention! For the customers who are registered on the Super Dollfie Overseas Owner List on Volks Japan International Site. Please note that this registration and the one for Volks USA membership is a completely different system, and is operated separately.

Q. How much does it cost to attend?

A. The admission fee is $20 per applicant. The ticket is good for both days of the event. Each applicant can attend with one guest. A $20 admission fee will also be charged for each guest.

The admission fee does not include the cost of attending Workshops or the purchase of exclusive items.

Q. Can I bring a guest?

A. You may bring one guest. The guest's ticket is $20 and is also good for both days of the event.

Guests may not participate in workshops, and will not be able to order FCS. If your guest would like to take part in a workshop or order FCS, please have them enter separately.

Please understand that if we receive many guest applications, we will hold a lottery for guest admission.

Q. Can I order FCS at the event?

A. Yes, please sign up for FCS through the application form.

Q. What kind of FCS can I order at the event?

A. You can order all of the FCS choices that are available at the VOLKS USA, Tenshi no Sumika in L.A. We will also have "Sunlight Skin" specially available for this event! (Please understand that Tenshi-no-Sato Exclusives will not be available.)

Q. Where will Dolls Party in N.Y. City 2 2007 be held?

A. The event will take place in the Conference Center at Fashion Institute of Technology. Please see the map of the CC Building on the FIT Web site for the location.

SD Makeup Lesson Workshop Information

Q. If I am not participating in the Workshop, may I watch it?

A. On June 9th, the customers who do not attend the SD Workshop will be able to watch the Workshop.

Although you will not participate, please enjoy the SD Workshop.

Please do not use any type of recording device for the Workshop.

Q. What is different between the Makeup Lesson and the Makeup Enhancement Lesson?

A. The Makeup Lesson is an advanced class starting with a blank head.

The Makeup Enhancement Lesson is a course for beginners that will teach you how to personalize your SD's default makeup.

Q. Do I have to purchase the SD Workshop Exclusive A or Sweet Dream A Head to participate in the Makeup Lesson?

A. No, but we recommend using the SD Workshop Exclusive Heads as they have been coated and are ready to use.

Q. Can I bring my own head to use for the Makeup Lesson?

A. Yes, you may bring any Volks Super Dollfie head to use in the Workshop (Dollfie Dream heads can not be used for this Workshop because they are made of a different material.)

Q. If I bring my own head, do I need to remove the makeup before the Makeup Lesson?

A. Yes, please remove the makeup and coat the head before the Workshop.

SD Makeup Enhancement Lesson Workshop Information

Q. Can I use the SD Workshop Exclusive A or Sweet Dream A Head to participate in the Makeup Enhancement Lesson?

A. Yes, but we recommend bringing in your own Volks Super Dollfie head that already has makeup as the purpose of the Workshop is to personalize the default makeup of your SD. Also, some techniques can't be taught using the SD Workshop Exclusive Heads (for example, removal of SD's eyes).

Q. Do I have to bring a head to use for the Makeup Enhancement Lesson?

A. Yes, we recommend that you bring a Volks Super Dollfie head that has makeup, such as a standard SD. You do not need to remove any of the makeup or coating prior to the Workshop.
