Vendor Booth

1. Please note when you enter the Dolpa Market.

  • If you see anything or anyone suspicious, please report it to VOLKS staff immediately.
  • If you would like to take pictures of a vendor’s booth, please ask their permission.
    Photos, or video recording for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited.
  • Shouting, running, or any other disruptive behaviors are strongly discouraged.
  • Please do not leave your personal belongings alone. We will not take any responsibility if anything happens to them.
  • The US Dolpa Committee staff will walk around the hall recording video. We would like to ask your cooperation, please.
  • We will not take any responsibility for any items which you purchase from the vendors.
    We recommend that you check their contact information.
  • Please do not touch the displays.
  • Crowding is expected.
  • Please refrain from eating and drinking in the VOLKS Booth.

2. About the Dolpa Market Limited Open

  • Scheduled to open at 9:00am
  • There will be 2 lines to enter.
  1. Line for the VOLKS Booth.

    Please note, guests cannot purchase Dolpa Market Limited Items at the VOLKS Booth during the Dolpa Market Limited Open.

  2. Line for the Vendor Booth & Tea Space
    * The line will be different depending on what you would like to purchase. Please be careful, and make sure you are in the correct line.
  • The first to come to the Dolpa Market will be the first to enter.
  • Please do not wait around the hall at night or early morning for the Dolpa Market opening.
  • Please follow staff instructions and guidance for lining up and entering the Dolpa Market.
  • Please show your ticket and picture ID at the entrance.
  • Once you enter the VOLKS Booth, please follow the set route.
  • We are preparing many kinds of items for the event. However, they will be limited to the quantities that we can organize. Therefore participants may not be able to get everything they would like to purchase.
  • *Please do not leave the VOLKS Booth without paying for your items. If you would like to go to the Vendor Booths from the VOLKS Booth please go to a cashier and check out first.

3. Dolpa Market Limited Open “How to Purchase at the Dolpa Market, VOLKS Booth.”

3-1. Dolpa in LA Limited SD16 Jewels:

Please take a ticket for the Dolpa in LA Limited SD16 Jewels at the VOLKS Booth and bring it to the cashier. After the payment, they will be handed to you at the SD16 welcoming booth.

*Numbers are limited. Please understand if an item is sold out.

Please take a ticket for each Dolpa in LA Limited Item that you would like to purchase at the VOLKS Booth and bring it to the cashier. After payment your items will be handed to you at the item pick up counter.

*Numbers are limited. Please understand if an item is sold out.
3-3. Other items that will be sold at the Dolpa in L.A.
It will be the same as ordinary store sales.
Please refrain from purchasing items in bulk or purchasing many of any one particular item

4. Dolpa Market General Open

  • Scheduled to open at 1:00pm
  • During the Dolpa Market General Open, people other than the Dolpa in L.A. participants may enter and purchase items.
  • No entrance fee required.
  • Once you enter the VOLKS Booth, please follow the set route.
  • The purchasing processes of some items are different. Please read “How to Purchase the at Dolpa Market, VOLKS Booth.” below carefully.
  • We are preparing many kinds of items for the event. However, they will be limited to the quantities that we can organize. Therefore participants may not be able to get everything they would like to purchase.
  • * Please do not leave the VOLKS Booth without paying for your items. If you would like to go to the Vendor Booths from the VOLKS Booth please go to a cashier and check out first.

5. Dolpa Market General Open “How to Purchase at the Dolpa Market, VOLKS Booth.”

Dolpa in LA Limited Items (Yo-SD and BABY, THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT collaboration items):
Please take a ticket for each Dolpa in LA Limited Item that you would like to purchase at the VOLKS Booth and bring it to the cashier. After payment your items will be handed to you at the item pick up counter.

6. Other items that will be sold at the Dolpa in L.A.

It will be the same as ordinary store sales.
