
Get Optional Hands, Feet, Wigs and Welcoming Dress for your FCS!
Some FCS owners may remember the last FCS Owner’s Campaign in 2009. The ever-popular campaign comes back with a new line-up!
Do you sometimes think that you want to have back-up hands for your FCS SD, just in case? Do you sometimes feel like styling your SD’s hair, but are afraid to mess up your FCS limited wig? You may also sometimes regret not ordering the cute Welcoming Outfits, or maybe you want the newer Welcoming Outfit sets?
This campaign is the only chance for FCS owners to get extra hands, feet, wigs and Welcoming Outfits at any time other than during the FCS order!
The procedures of this campaign are a little bit complicated, so please read the following information well and don’t miss this chance!
Who is eligible for this special chance?
Any VOLKS USA members who have welcomed FCS MSD, SD and SD13 directly from VOLKS are eligible. You will need your FCS Birth Certificate on which your name is written. Your shipping address must be in the USA, Canada or Mexico as usual.
*All the hands, feet and ears which are being offered at this time are the current Pure Skin Versions. If you have FCS in Old Skin, these parts will not fit because of the difference of their materials and jointing system. (Wigs and Welcoming Outfits will fit both Old Skin and Pure Skin.)
Which items are available?

Feet
Ears
You may order up to two (2) pairs. All hands, feet, and ears must be ordered in the size and skin tone of your original FCS. Satogaeri services are not being offered for any parts. The Fairy ears will be unpainted and can only be ordered by those who welcomed an Fairy-head FCS.
Wigs
You may order up to two (2). You may order any style or color available through FCS, but the size must match that of your original FCS order.
Welcoming Dress
You may request one (1) of each of the Welcoming Dresses. The size must match that of your original FCS.
Here comes the tricky part. The availability of some of these items is very limited. So, when you apply we will ask the factory to check their inventory. It may happen that we won’t be able to fulfill your request. We hope that you are not too late and that you’re lucky enough to get the items you are hoping for!
How will this campaign work?
We will be using the following steps. Please read them well:
Step 1
If you are eligible and would like to request extras, please email the information below to service@volksusa.com.
1. Your FCS Birth Certificate (attached as a JPG or GIF file)
*If you have already ordered FCS but you are still waiting for his or her arrival, please let us know your FCS order number (it is written on the upper left-hand side of your FCS order sheet.)
*We cannot accept any paperwork other than your Birth Certificate. We hope you can find it in time, just in case you’re not sure where it is!
*When you take a picture of your Birth Certificate, please make sure that the whole paper is in the picture and that it is clear enough to be read.
2. Your Volks USA Membership Number (this number must match the one we have on file for you.)
3. Your full name (must match the name on the FCS Birth Certificate.)
4. Your shipping address (must be in the USA, Canada or Mexico.)
Step 2
As soon as we confirm your data, we will email you the request form (Excel).
Step 3
Send us back your request form.
We must receive it by Monday, January 30 2012@6:00PM PST.
If you want to pick up your items at Tenshi-no-Sumika Los Angeles, please let us know so that we can omit shipping cost.
Step 4
We will inquire with our factory regarding the availability of your requested items. It will take 1-2 weeks.
Step 5
We will let you know the results of your request and the shipping cost for your items. If everything is all right with you, please reply to us and we will send you instructions regarding how to pay through our website. We will accept ONLY VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover as payment methods.
You need to reply us within 3 days. If we do not hear from you by that time, the factory’s inventory may have changed and we will have to release your items. At this point you would need to repeat Step 3 again.
Step 6
We will process your payment.
Step 7
Your items will be shipped from Japan to Volks USA. It usually takes 2-3 months. As soon as we receive your items, we will ship them out to you and we will inform you of your tracking information via email!

FAQ
Q. I welcomed my FCS at Japanese Tenshi-no-Sumika/Tenshi-no-Sato! Am I eligible?
A. Yes, as long as you can send us your Birth Certificate of that FCS which has your name on it, and you have a VOLKS USA membership, we can confirm it. We have staff here who speak Japanese, so don’t worry if your name on the Birth Certificate is written in Japanese!
Q. Can I order Sato-limited items for my FCS welcomed at Tenshi-no-Sato?
A. No. We can only offer items from our regular Sumika line-up. The items which you can choose this time will be written on the request form. You can get your request form when Step 1 is successfully finished.
Q. Can I order the same items which I ordered with my original FCS again?
A. Yes. Having a back-up is wonderful! Trying different styles is interesting! It’s completely up to you!
Q. Can I order an SD Boy Welcoming Dress for my SD Girl?
A. Yes. The size of the Welcoming Dress needs to match with your FCS, but you can choose the design. Girls can wear pants! Boys can wear skirts. That’s up to you, too!
Q. I can’t remember my Volks USA membership number! What should I do?
A. Please contact service@volksusa.com with your full name before Step 1.
