Yo-SD Body Exchange Campaign
The changes were all hidden in their joint areas, so many of you may not have even noticed. Our Yo-SD body was improved in 2010 for more articulation. With this new body, Yo-SDs can look up at the sky more comfortably, flex their ankles further to play at being a ballerina, and more! We are now offering an exchange campaign for your little babies who have the old body! The campaign period is limited, so don’t wait too long!
Campaign Period:
From now until Thursday, January 31st, 2013 @ 6:00PM PST.
You must finish Step 3 by this point. In case many people contact us around the end of the period, it may cause delays in correspondence. To avoid losing this opportunity, we recommend you contact us as quickly as you can. We won’t accept any late entries for any reason at all.
Models Eligible for This Campaign:
Yo-SDs with the old type body are eligible for this campaign. Yo-SDs released before Yo-Tenshi Konomi and Tsugumi (Autumn 2010) came with the old body.
The easiest way to tell whether your Yo-SD has an old body or a new one is to check the top of the lower torso joint.
If the elastic cord hole is a simple round shape, it is the old body. If the shape is more complicated, with a wide slit at both sides of the hole, it is the new body.
* Yo-SDs with the one-piece torso are not eligible for this campaign.
*Volks USA‘s business area is within the USA, Canada and Mexico only. Please check our shipping and refund policies as well.
Parts Which Will be Exchanged:
Your Yo-SD’s entire body, from their neck to their toes, will be exchanged.
This campaign only applies to full, assembled bodies. We do not accept partial exchanges. Please refer to the list below for all of the parts which must be included.

By applying for the campaign we consider it as an agreement to our conditions.

5: Full Body Photo of Your Naked Yo-SD
#5, the picture, is especially important. We will use the photo to check whether the information you gave in #4 is correct and we will order your new body from our factory in Japan using this picture. Please make sure to send a clear photo.
Step 2: Check our email reply.
Please add service@volksusa.com to your email safe list to avoid our email being sorted to your junk mail folder.
As soon as we verify your information, we will email you back with instructions regarding the payment process. We accept only credit card, or credit logo debit cards, for payment. Please look over our Shipping & Refund Policy and FAQ for more details.
Step 3: Payment
Please process your payment following the instructions given.
You will also be able to check your shipping cost when you process your payment.
If we are not able to process your payment within one week after we email you the instructions, we will cancel your application.
* You need to finish this step by January 31st @ 6:00PM PST. Otherwise, your request will be cancelled.
* Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes at all to the order once it has been placed, including: shipping address, credit card information, receiver’s name, or cancellations of the order.
Step 4: Read our email carefully again and ship us your old Yo-SD body.
As soon as we receive the new body for your Yo-SD from Japan, we will email you again. It will take 2 or 3 months for the parts to arrive here from Japan.
This email includes instruction about how to send your old body to us. Please read it carefully and send the assembled old Yo-SD body to us as it is.
*We do require that the old body be returned to us for this campaign. Under no circumstances may you keep the old body and receive the new one.
* Please do not send us back any other parts such as their head, head cap, Tenshi’s wings, etc. Please make sure to keep them safely at your home during the exchange.
Step 5: Receive the new body and re-assemble your Yo-SDs!
As soon as we receive the old body from you, we will ship out the new body. Don’t forget to submit your pictures of your happy Yo-SD to our Sumika Times’ Customer Gallery!
Attention:
* The new Yo-SD body’s parts are not compatible with the old body parts. For example, you cannot attach the new arms to the old torso, etc.
* This campaign is only for exchanges from the old body to a new body of the same type. We cannot accept any other exchanges such as exchanging the new body to a new body, exchanging the old body to a new body of a different type, etc.
* Production of the old Yo-SD body will cease at the end of 2012.
