Super Dollfie 17 Boy Special Campaign!
Thank you very much for your love and support of our Super Dollfie 17 Boy series!
The first SD 17 Boy to be released was “Reisner ‘The Shadow of Captain’” in 2007. Recently, the leg’s joint system was redesigned to aid in easier manipulation when we released “Williams ‘The Darkness of Ensign’” in 2009.
Because of this, for a special price, we are now running a campaign for those owners who would like to exchange the old legs for the new ones.
Campaign Period:
From now until Sunday, July 4th, 2010 @ 6:00PM PST.
(Please finish Step 3 by this point.)
Models eligible for this campaign:
SD17 Reisner / Dolls Party 17, May 2007
SD17 Alain / Dolls Party 18, December 2007
SD17 Reisner The Scar Face / Tokyo Bay Cruise, July 2008
SD17 Hikaru Genji / Tenshi-no-Sato Event, October 2008
*SD17 Williams and SD17 Toshizo Hijikata are not included in this campaign because they already have the new legs.
Price:
Special Campaign Price: $220.00
This price includes exchange for all 8 leg parts. The old leg parts and new leg parts are not compatible, so we cannot accept partial exchanges.
Instructions and Terms:
Please read the following instructions carefully in order to apply for this campaign!
By applying for the campaign we consider it as an agreement to our conditions.
Step 1
Please email the following information to service@volksusa.com.
1. Your full name
2. Which SD17 Boy you are applying for.
Step 2
As soon as we verify your information, we will email you back with instructions regarding the payment process.
We accept only credit card or credit logo debit card for payment. Please look over our Shipping & Refund Policy and FAQ for more details.
Step 3
Please process your payment following the instructions given.
You will also be able to check your shipping cost when you process your payment.
If we are not able to process your payment within one week after we email you the instructions, we will cancel your application.
You need to finish this step by July 4th @ 6:00PM PST.
Step 4
As soon as we receive the new legs for your boy from Japan, we will email you again. It will take 2 or 3 months for the parts to arrive from Japan.
After you receive this email, please send the old leg parts to Volks USA. Please make sure to include every one of the 8 following leg parts.

- Thigh L/R
- Knee joint L/R
- Shin L/R
*We do require that the old leg parts be returned to us for this service. Under no circumstance may you keep the old leg parts and receive the new ones.
Step 5
As soon as we receive the old legs from you, we will ship out the new legs.
Attention:
Production of the old legs will cease at the end of 2010.
After the production period is over all exchanges will be to the new legs, regardless of whether your SD17 Boy has the old legs. Because of this, if you exchange the leg parts you will need to exchange them completely (all 8 parts) because of the incompatibility between the new legs and the old legs.
After this campaign ends the price of the exchange will vary.
