Thank you all for coming to the SD Workshop! We were really happy to see you all there! We hope that everyone enjoyed that day as much as we did!

Special Display We displayed these special School A and School A Sweet Dream heads which were painted by Mikey. Did you see their delicate make-up in person? They were both wearing the Special Exclusive Kimonos, weren’t they adorable? Because they were set to make their debut the next day, Rinon and Kanata also came along to the event!

SD Workshop Look at everyone’s serious faces! After Mr. Ota and Mikey’s explanations the students tried the techniques on their own. There’s no need to be nervous, because you can ask the teachers to assist you anytime you need it at the SD Workshop! Some people really surprised the teachers with their beautiful work. Remember, like with many things the best way to get better at SD make-up is to practice! We hope that you keep practicing and enjoying the techniques you learned and that it helps enrich your SD hobby! We would love to see your pictures and share your work on our blog, so please send pictures along to us!

SD Beauty Salon Doll Doctor, Mr. Wake was so excited that your SDs needed his help! His magical hands helped every SD who came to him pose and stand as they should. Seeing the customer’s happy faces when their SDs came back from the Beauty Salon made us happy, too!

Reception The Reception was just full of surprise! The Volks Japan staff brought presents for a Lottery along in their suitcases! Congratulation to all of the winners!

Mikey brought along and read for us a letter sent by our President, Mr. Shigeta, that both he and Mrs. Shigeta miss the SD owners in US and they want to come to see you again soon. 2010 will be 5th Anniversary year of Volks USA!

As a special gift, every attendee was given the newest issue of Volks News! Please enjoy looking at the Dolls Party 22 new releases! Is there something you are wishing for already?

As a final surprise, the Dolls Party in New York City 4, 2010 was also announced! See you on June 19 and 20! The Volks USA staff is already excited to see you again! We would be so grateful to hear your hopes and comments for this event as we need to get planning. We will be updating about this event on our website and event blog, so please keep your eyes there.

Also, this weekend is the HTDP Nagoya4 Regular Items release! Be sure not to miss them! We have many cute items, popular rereleased outfits, new outfits, and an elegant sofa just for you!
